You cannot return item unless there is big reason to that item. You cannot exchange to other items unless the package and item are seriously damaged. You cannot cancel you order when the order status is shipped, delivered. But, You can cancel you order when the order status is waiting for bank payment, * If you get the item that you did not purchase. you can return it and claim your money back or you can exchange it with other items with that same amount.
